bin Laden fake

A spanish lawmaker named Madrid was not happy to hear that the FBI used HIS picture as what Osama bin Laden might look like today. Now he is embarrassed to come to america with that picture posted up and now U.S. airports use photoscanning technology and they will arrest him if he even tries to come in. Madrid says that he is just angered by this because it is shameless. The FBI says that he looks almost exactly like the computer programmed image that they tried to make out of bin Laden's Photo.

Although this is a really serious situation, why couldn't the FBI just stick with that computer programmed picture that they made instead of starting up this conflict by taking chances with a stunt? This could scar relations with the U.S. and the spanish. They should trash that photo of Madrid the lawmaker and replace it with something else.

De-Muslimized France

France is planning to ban the full muslim face veil. A muslim woman - Faiza Silmi who is married to a french man La Verriere has a full face veil and has been declined of her french citizenship because of it. Executing this law could go against many peoples' religions but France still agrees to put it in action anyway. "They say I'm too attached to my religion" said Faiza Silmi word for word. Face covers are rare in France seeing though as muslims make up only 5 million of the population. President Nicholas Sarzoky plans to put this law in action by june 2010. He says word for word "this dress is not welcome in france". He also plans to ban it from schools as well. Although, a bunch of critics say that the ban would go against basic rights and transgression of the fundamental principles of the republic.

Now the critics are right on this fact. Banning full muslim dress just because it doesn't look good WILL go against peoples' religions and could possibly start conflicts which will possibly emerge into a civil war between french muslims and the french. Now let us just hope that it doesn't create a chain reaction. It will be much easier to let the muslims keep their religion. This goes against "freedom of religion".

Black Terrorists?

A Nigerian man was accused of trying to bomb a U.S. Airliner on Christmas day. He was also accused of attempted murder and an attempt to use a weapon of mass destruction on a plane. Obama immediately bursted into action by increasing the amount of security in U.S. airline terminals and upgrading detection systems. Obama word for word said "The spy agencies did not Connect and understand". Apparently the bomb was stitched into his underwear but failed to detonate on board the flight.

What I wonder is "How...in the world....did they NOT.. find a bomb on him through the metal detector? The screening guy probably wasn't paying attention to the beeping noise or that man is really good at sneaking past the detection police. If metal detectors can find bombs in clothes and suitcases..even fruit cakes, then you must pretty sure that they can see through underwear and jeans.

Stand-OFF

A 42 year old man in montreal was arrested after 6 hours of having a standoff in the town of dorval. Afterwards, they found a woman in the streat with some injuries that had to be taken care of by a hospital. The 42 yearold guy in the house had a crossbow and was charged with armed assault. There was actually a 2nd guy in the house with the 42 yearold; he tried to convince the police officers that he was being held hostage but they didn't believe him.

Really, the police should have believed the guy being "held hostage". He didn't have any weapons, he couldn't say anything or do anything. He didn't even try to attack the woman. He should have put a court case trying to prove that. Because what if they find out that he is actually innocent like 10 years later? He would have just served 10 years of innocence!
So it's better to keep him innocent now and find out the truth later, then to imprison him now and find out the truth later.

flying plane or flying fish?

Scuba divers have found 6 dead bodies (including a baby)11 meters underwater from a water plane that supposedly crashed in the gulf islands of British Columbia, Canada. 2 of them were quickly rescued after the moment of the crash; the pilot and a female, but the rescue heroes couldn't do a good job. This one guy living nearby named James White was near the scene of the crash and he heard a crumpling sound. He tried to get to the wreckage fast enough but by the time he was there, the plane was way underwater so there was obviously no sign of debris or wreckage. He tried to save the 2 people who were floating above the water but had to tie them to the side of his boat until some volunteers who were watching a sports game came out to help them.

My guess is that this probably could have been because of engine failiure. Seeing as it was a such a small plane with only 8 people on it, I am guessing that it had only 1 engine. Tips to all of you, NEVER....EVER...fly in a plane with one engine. it must have a backup engine just in case one of them fail and then you have a backup engine to help you land. Or what happened once with one other plane is that a bird got sucked into the turbine when it was taking off. That could also be the problem. Maybe they were flying too low.

Poker face manslaughterer

Recently, a 30 year old black man with the name Sephon Sek won the grand prize of $364,364 in a poker game against 680 other people. But later on, he was arrested for being in a gang war and murders to 6 people in a surrey condominium. He is charged with manslaughter.
To find out more about this, go to this website: http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/091124/national/surrey_massacre
This could be be because of some personal things going on in the gang that he was in. Maybe someone didn't sell enough drugs to pay off his debt or something or probably for another reason.
And another thing: Notice how a majority of newspost criminals are black?

"Picture" this photographer's experience

Recently, a 26 year-old photographer with the name Jordan Nicurity fell 6 metres when climbing a cliff and broke his pelvis into 3rds and nerve damage to his foot and internal injuries. He was stuck there with no food and water for 3 days straight except his tea in his thermos, and he had to crawl around on numb hands until he dragged himself onto a road where he called at maximum volume to 2 hikers that were passing by. He was rescued.Later on after Jordan was rescued, he quoted in these words:"You know, the second you give in and let yourself panic or whatever, you're as good as done. You're useless to yourself. So you keep pulling and fall where you may. Hopefully you get yourself a few feet closer." He had surgery and was in the hospital for 18 months and he once again quoted:You know, I'm just so lucky, If this is the worst I get away with, that's fine by me."

I am glad that Nicurity got rescued and that he was okay. Man was he lucky; It was a miracle that those two hikers pass by him and saw him in the ditch. Although he should have gone with someone or brought an on*star porta-device with him just in case something like this happened. OR, he could have found a safer route up the cliff like going through the bushes on the other side of the hill so that once again something like this won't happen. Let us just hope that he still has the ambition to do wilderness photography later on in his life. Pray that this doesn't destroy his ego.
