Stand-OFF

A 42 year old man in montreal was arrested after 6 hours of having a standoff in the town of dorval. Afterwards, they found a woman in the streat with some injuries that had to be taken care of by a hospital. The 42 yearold guy in the house had a crossbow and was charged with armed assault. There was actually a 2nd guy in the house with the 42 yearold; he tried to convince the police officers that he was being held hostage but they didn't believe him.

Really, the police should have believed the guy being "held hostage". He didn't have any weapons, he couldn't say anything or do anything. He didn't even try to attack the woman. He should have put a court case trying to prove that. Because what if they find out that he is actually innocent like 10 years later? He would have just served 10 years of innocence!
So it's better to keep him innocent now and find out the truth later, then to imprison him now and find out the truth later.

flying plane or flying fish?

Scuba divers have found 6 dead bodies (including a baby)11 meters underwater from a water plane that supposedly crashed in the gulf islands of British Columbia, Canada. 2 of them were quickly rescued after the moment of the crash; the pilot and a female, but the rescue heroes couldn't do a good job. This one guy living nearby named James White was near the scene of the crash and he heard a crumpling sound. He tried to get to the wreckage fast enough but by the time he was there, the plane was way underwater so there was obviously no sign of debris or wreckage. He tried to save the 2 people who were floating above the water but had to tie them to the side of his boat until some volunteers who were watching a sports game came out to help them.

My guess is that this probably could have been because of engine failiure. Seeing as it was a such a small plane with only 8 people on it, I am guessing that it had only 1 engine. Tips to all of you, NEVER....EVER...fly in a plane with one engine. it must have a backup engine just in case one of them fail and then you have a backup engine to help you land. Or what happened once with one other plane is that a bird got sucked into the turbine when it was taking off. That could also be the problem. Maybe they were flying too low.

Poker face manslaughterer

Recently, a 30 year old black man with the name Sephon Sek won the grand prize of $364,364 in a poker game against 680 other people. But later on, he was arrested for being in a gang war and murders to 6 people in a surrey condominium. He is charged with manslaughter.
To find out more about this, go to this website: http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/091124/national/surrey_massacre
This could be be because of some personal things going on in the gang that he was in. Maybe someone didn't sell enough drugs to pay off his debt or something or probably for another reason.
And another thing: Notice how a majority of newspost criminals are black?

"Picture" this photographer's experience

Recently, a 26 year-old photographer with the name Jordan Nicurity fell 6 metres when climbing a cliff and broke his pelvis into 3rds and nerve damage to his foot and internal injuries. He was stuck there with no food and water for 3 days straight except his tea in his thermos, and he had to crawl around on numb hands until he dragged himself onto a road where he called at maximum volume to 2 hikers that were passing by. He was rescued.Later on after Jordan was rescued, he quoted in these words:"You know, the second you give in and let yourself panic or whatever, you're as good as done. You're useless to yourself. So you keep pulling and fall where you may. Hopefully you get yourself a few feet closer." He had surgery and was in the hospital for 18 months and he once again quoted:You know, I'm just so lucky, If this is the worst I get away with, that's fine by me."

I am glad that Nicurity got rescued and that he was okay. Man was he lucky; It was a miracle that those two hikers pass by him and saw him in the ditch. Although he should have gone with someone or brought an on*star porta-device with him just in case something like this happened. OR, he could have found a safer route up the cliff like going through the bushes on the other side of the hill so that once again something like this won't happen. Let us just hope that he still has the ambition to do wilderness photography later on in his life. Pray that this doesn't destroy his ego.

Technology has become too Advanced.

Yes you got it right, a computer virus for a phone. It is programmed to get into the user's banking information and steal their pin number. Luckily it can only attack the user who still has their default settings and default password. Iphones have been hacked to run apple. The good news is that it is only in sweden for now and the victims of this bug are in the "hundreds" So basically no one. The bad news it that it can spread from Iphone to iphone using a wifi; sort of like humans communicating and spreading germs through breath. No one still knows who started this virus, but awhile ago this one 21 year old 80's pop singer did it as an inexpensive joke to give people the message to change their default passwords.

Do what it says, change your default password. It's for your own good. They have told you the truth. If you don't want to go bankrupt then change your password, if you want to go bankrupt then it's fine with me. I think programming technology has become really advanced (dw, it's not "TOO" advanced, that was just a flashy title). Programmers could possibly shut down the entire internet if they could get an advanced enough virus. They could hack into weapons of mass destruction's programming and cause major havoc. Anyway, that is just an exaggerated guess.

MP apologizes

A conservative MP named Gerald Keddy is sorry for calling the unemployed canadians "no good bastards" and apologized. He doesn't mean that the unemployed are not looking for work, It's just that most people on the street have a mental illness and remarks reflect poverty. Michael savage was shocked by the comments, he was at a party of a 20th anniversary to end child poverty by the house of commons.

Gerald Keddy should have really thought this out before he started badmouthing. He has to control what he says. But I am glad that he went to apologize for what he did and gave some backup defense too. That shows maturity of a person who can say they are wrong and take responsibility for their actions.

The swine flu of preventing swine flu?

Some provinces in Canada have stopped using the H1N1 vaccines because of allergic reactions to them. 6 people were affected. The ratio for that is 1 : 100,000. That means 25 people in toronto (could be your friend) will possibly have a horrible reaction to the swine flu vaccine. Luckily for the victims, the reaction has worn off and they are in good health.

This is one thing that scientists didn't test I'm guessing. They should have reassured that this wouldn't happen. Now people can sue them for millions. But I am glad it is only 1 in 100,000 and nothing else bad like the spanish flu of the 20th century (or I think it was before that).

H1N1 H4V0C

It turns out that younguns are more likely to catch it, but adults are more likely to "die" from it. Which one do you want to be? hard decision. Something that researchers are using could actually mutate swineflu into something more horrible and deadly. With a test from 6945 victims of swineflu, 56% of them were younguns. But for seniors (sample: 60-69 yrs), only 5.7% of them died. Thats's literally 6.3333333333333 times the amount for people aged 20-29, with a low score of 0.9%. But recently as of November 1st, about 199 countries have reported cases of swineflu. But worldwide for EVERYTHING, 482,300 cases of swine flu have been in action, but only 6071 people have died from it.

Congratulations, it's almost like "the bubonic plague" A.K.A "the black death" from the renaissance era. This IS an epidemic. Personally, I say everyone should get a vaccine before they get swine flu and be discomforted, or even worse, die.

To find out more about this, go to where I got my...

The usual shootout

In orlando, florida, A group of office people come streaming out of an office because there was supposedly a shootout in the building. The police were safely evacuating floors of people, one by one. The spokesman of orange county says that they are sending policemen out to search for a man wearing jeans and a light blue polo shirt.

This could have been a problem in the office with the workers boss, or the employee could have been fired or personal problems could be the case or one other likely cause, a love triangle.

Once known as the Big Man....reveals a suppressed secret...

During the premiere of one of Obama's books, his half brother broke out and interrupted the entire presentation to tell the crowd about his secret past of his kenyan Dad that used to beat up everybody in the house all of the time and that their parents divorced because of this conflict.
It is also known that obama isn't his actual last name. Barack's full name is
"Mark Okoth Obama Ndesandjo".

This is truly alot of imformation that was revealed about Obama, this is going to bring down his reputation some more like everysingle news reporting people have been trying to do.
Who knows, this could just be another one of those "bring down obama stupid scam exaggerated news posts". Honestly, that information was not necessary at that book premiere.

Computer protection? Useless!!!

Updating your virus scans and protecting your computer with firewalls and all of that sort of stuff is great, but experts say that it is useless. No matter how hard you try to protect your computer, the person is getting in no matter what. They will always find a way to hack past your security codes and virus detectors.

After millions of people reading that news post, those virus scan businesses are going to lose SOOO MUCH MONEY!! Basically, the guy who hosted this news cast, known as "the working guy" Christopher Null (I hope that isn't an ad), yeah, the guy who is hosting this news cast is basically boycotting the virus scan and computer protection companies because he is basically saying that they are not doing any service for you with their product. The companies need to improve their game or they will go out of business fast.

Full Force Face Fracture For Fun

During a game in the OHL (Ontario Hockey League), a guy checked another guy so hard, that he fractured the guys skull and damaged some facial features and damaged the "orbital bone" or whatever it was called, I didn't hear it properly. The Checker got suspended for the entire hockey season.

I am glad that the guy got suspended for the season. He is actually a known violent penalty scoring player in the OHL.
If suing was allowed, I'm pretty sure that the Checkee would have taken this to court.
He broke his skull and almost killed him, so it was pretty much attempted murder.

Death race....into a pond.

3 girls in their early twenties were found dead in a pond in a car on tuesday Nov 3rd,2009.

Investigators are still trying to find out if it was because of alcohol, murder, suicide or whatever.

And the pond was only 4 meters deep?

I think this probably could have been because of alcohol. Because a nearby stander said that they saw a white object go up and then into the lake (the car was white).

Cure for an epidemic

Recently it has been said that swine flu can only be prevented by getting the H1N1 flu shot and by washing your hands etcetera etcetera. But scientists have found a chinese herb remedy for swine flu prevention. You basically just take some of the stuff they described and just boil it and drink it like tea.

Now I'm not sure if this could become a popular method, because getting a flu shot has already monopolized the business for illness remedies. But hey, It still works. If you want to try it out, go ahead!

Pack your bags Santa Claus!

Scientists have recently discovered that the ice poles have been melting faster than they thought. In about 10-20 years, the ice levels will become obsolete. The researchers did a 280 mile hike across the tundra and found that the average ice level of thickness was 1.8 meters. Now that will definitely not last through the summer meltdown.

Well all of the land animals will die there for sure, no doubt. But it will open up new water-ways for shipping companies to deliver their products. This could lead to a faster way of water transportation. But on the bad side, the sealevels will go up, therefore engulfing low lands and cities and towns near the coasts.

Happy Campers' Worst Nightmare

2 male hunters were camping in a tent when one of the hunters woke up hearing something approaching their tent with haste. He didn't even have time to load his round into his gun when all of a sudden, a bear came tearing it's way through their tent in milliseconds to start mauling the awake hunters partner (they didn't know it was a bear until they saw the tracks the next day, they were in so much shock). The had to hike 5km and drive for 11 1/2 hours to tend their 2 inch deep teeth gashes.

This is actually every campers worst nightmare, to be attacked randomly in the middle of the night by a vicious beastly wild animal.
My tip for all campers, is bring a gun.

Pedophile-Priest

The archbishop of halifax was horrified to hear that bishop Raymond Lahey was sexually attracted to children. He is actually quite stunned about that. The police found child pornography on his computer and say that they are "suspicious" photos. He is awaiting to be charged and arrested by the police.

Personally I am quite stunned at this too, because bishop-guys are all holy and are not supposed to do stupid stuff like that. Church pastors refrain from pornography and they devote their lives to go. But liking little boys (child pornography) is just wrong all together. He should face charges against this.

Passport Clues?

It is recently discovered that a woman named Mohamed was held up in kenya for 3 months because the border-guards didn't think she looked like the 40 year woman in the photo. She and a whole bunch of other followers were enraged by this and she is suing the Canadian government of Ottawa for 2.5 million dollars. Her lawyer strongly agrees with her side, apparently she forgot a whole bunch of things that was to be qualified to pass the border and get on the plane: for example her sons birthday.

I am particularly neutral about this situation. Which means Both sides did wrong and I am defending them both. Mohamed shouldn't have sued because she couldn't remember her sons birth and a whole bunch of other stuff. The border-guards shouldn't have held her up just because she didn't look like the woman in the photo and especially for 3 MONTHS. Now that is just a long time to hold someone up from seeing their family, their home, their occupation (she just lost 1/4 of a years salary) and from their friends. Holding her up for a day would be enough and no more. They could just renew her passport.

My summary and opinion was actually taken from a video at this works cited html:

Grow up and stop being such a BIG BABY!!!

Doctors have recently delivered an indonesian baby that had a national record breaking weight of 19.2 lbs (8.7kg) and the delivery took only 40 minutes, meanwhile he is healthy and looks cute like all babies should. The reason why the baby was born so fat was because the diabetic mother was having a large glucose intake during pregnancy. One bad thing is that the baby is breastfeeding almost nonstop. This almost beats the world record "American" born baby with an flabbergasting mass of 23.75 lbs, but then it died shortly after birth (11 hours).

Personally, I think that if mothers keep eating lots of sweets and chocolate and junkfood and have fat babies, and the FEMALE babies follow that chain. The average weight of newborns I"m guessing maybe 100 years for now (remeber, this is just a guess) would probably be 20 pounds, I really don't know. But pregnant mothers should be fit and limiting the amount of glucose and fat intake during birth to avoid having babies that will breastfeed non-stop and become even fatter when they get older because they can't control their eating habits. And even worse, pregnant mothers should be healthy so that their heavy babies don't die like the U.S. born one.

The seat game

Recently, people have discovered the fact that airplane seats are all different in legroom size. They have developed websites and ways to get the best seats, for example you could dress nicely in professional suits and there is a possibility that they will immediately give you a good seat rather than the guy standing next to you in a tracksuit. Or you could just ask them to put you in a seat next to the emergency exit which usually have 7 inches more legroom than economy packed seats. But a really great way is to just buy an economy ticket, and then maybe..later you can ask them to upgrade to first class and they will just add an extra 50 or 100 dollars cash to your fee per person.

Now, what I think about this, is that I will have to try this one day and you will have to try it too if you want to get a good seat. But I personally would really reccomend the buying then waiting to upgrade method because instead of paying 1100 dollars (minimum) for first class, you could save up to half of that and just spend 550 dollars on a trick. And trust me, this isn't illegal. There is no law that states "Thou shall not have a good plane seat, If do, you will receive $250,000 dollar fine and 25 years in prison and afterwards be put on 10 year parole probation paying DOUBLE taxes playing WOW in your mom's basement near RETIREMENT AGE for the rest of your life".

Power outage

In a small Angolan town called Quipeio. There was a power outage that lasted two months which happened to be caused by a problem with the generator. It was malfunctioning. But lucky, angola has many big rivers to create hydroelectricity with and South Africa has agreed to help build that 10,000 mega-watt creation. They actually used to have dams but were destroyed by the ending in 2002 civil war.

What I think about this is that they should have rebuilt the hydroelectric power dam in the first place straight after the civil war. Because if they have natural renewable resources that are 100% non environment harming, then they should use them instead of having a large generator and wasting money and turning down better and more efficient forms of electric power and not rebuilding it earlier. This would never have happened if they just took rebuilding action maybe a year at least after the civil war ended.

Cure for cancer?

It has just been recently discovered that pomegranate, a fruit we all enjoyed for the taste, turns out to contain many tannins and vitamins in those edible seeds that can reduce clogged arteries and reduce the risk of cancer and can actually cure prostate cancer. Scientists are looking into this to see if they can find a way they can use pomegranate juice to cure breast, lung, etc. cancer.
I think that this could actually lead to the cure for all cancers. After all cancer is just mutated cells and prostate cancer is mutated cells which can be cured by pomegranate juice. So if breast cancer is the same thing, then we have a match. So scientists should do alot more research on other fruits too to see if they can be any more use of help than they already are. And the best part that's in for the government is that they can make money off of putting tax on HIGHLY concentrated pomegranate extract medicines which they will make alot of money off of seeing though as every doctor wants to get rid of cancer and every patient doesn't want cancer.

New planets

Scientists have used telescopes to look around near stars for other planets and moons. They have been successful at that and have found a Jupiter sized planet with what looks like earth sized planets near the Jupiter sized one orbiting around a star. The big planet is called "HAT-P-7b ", located about one thousand light years away from us. The orbiting Kepler telescope spotted this planet as well as the other ones as you can see in the picture (top above).

Now my opinion on this subject is a very good one. This could one day in the far future lead to advanced studies on these planets in that solar system. For example people would develop the technology to get a better look at the planets and maybe in future centuries, we could actually travel to those planets and there could be a possibility that cures for diseases, better medicines, new foods and my favorite; Extraterrestrial intelligent life (seeing as they might be earth-like planets and can support life) could be on some of those planets and we could discover new technologies of the life on that planet. So hopefully scientists get an excellent government incentive to continue their studies on this subject.
