Passport Clues?

It is recently discovered that a woman named Mohamed was held up in kenya for 3 months because the border-guards didn't think she looked like the 40 year woman in the photo. She and a whole bunch of other followers were enraged by this and she is suing the Canadian government of Ottawa for 2.5 million dollars. Her lawyer strongly agrees with her side, apparently she forgot a whole bunch of things that was to be qualified to pass the border and get on the plane: for example her sons birthday.

I am particularly neutral about this situation. Which means Both sides did wrong and I am defending them both. Mohamed shouldn't have sued because she couldn't remember her sons birth and a whole bunch of other stuff. The border-guards shouldn't have held her up just because she didn't look like the woman in the photo and especially for 3 MONTHS. Now that is just a long time to hold someone up from seeing their family, their home, their occupation (she just lost 1/4 of a years salary) and from their friends. Holding her up for a day would be enough and no more. They could just renew her passport.

My summary and opinion was actually taken from a video at this works cited html:

  1. I remember how customs warmed me once too when I was issuing my passport. My head was too small in the guide circle, so they said we can issue you passport, but other countries may pick on it, and they will deport you home. What is home? Not Canada, the country I was born in. That would have been fun. Anna.

  2. I think that they shouldn't have let her cross the boarder. She couldn't answer extremely basic questions, and she didn't look anything like her picture. If it were me I would not let her across the boarder, because she couldn't do anything that they require for you to cross. She has no right to sue, because they were just taking precautions. I hope she looses the law suit.
