The seat game

Recently, people have discovered the fact that airplane seats are all different in legroom size. They have developed websites and ways to get the best seats, for example you could dress nicely in professional suits and there is a possibility that they will immediately give you a good seat rather than the guy standing next to you in a tracksuit. Or you could just ask them to put you in a seat next to the emergency exit which usually have 7 inches more legroom than economy packed seats. But a really great way is to just buy an economy ticket, and then maybe..later you can ask them to upgrade to first class and they will just add an extra 50 or 100 dollars cash to your fee per person.

Now, what I think about this, is that I will have to try this one day and you will have to try it too if you want to get a good seat. But I personally would really reccomend the buying then waiting to upgrade method because instead of paying 1100 dollars (minimum) for first class, you could save up to half of that and just spend 550 dollars on a trick. And trust me, this isn't illegal. There is no law that states "Thou shall not have a good plane seat, If do, you will receive $250,000 dollar fine and 25 years in prison and afterwards be put on 10 year parole probation paying DOUBLE taxes playing WOW in your mom's basement near RETIREMENT AGE for the rest of your life".

  1. Okay let me see, better seat for 2 hour flight, and walking around air port with high heels shoes, lol. One year I took very many flights, and I noticed that the big 747 planes had less legroom in the economy, than the 100 seat planes. Interesting stuff though, thanks for sharing, I may try them one day. Anna
